The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. The house has plenty of natural light and has the original hardwood floors throughout. Free laundry facilities are located in the basement.

The house is located on a quiet residential street near the Bay View Public Library, about 0.9 mile (1.5 km) from Lake Michigan. Numerous restaurants and the Avalon movie theater are located within easy walking distance. Nearby parks include Beulah Brinton Park, Humboldt Park, Cupertino Park, and South Shore Park. We allow dogs (a small additional charge applies) and the Bay View Dog Park is nearby.
